Here is a healthy version of the traditional california cobb salad..enjoy!

1 head lettuce (any variety)
8 slices turkey bacon
3 eggs, hardboiled and peeled
2 avocados
2 tomatoes (or equivalent amount of cherry tomatoes)
1 ripe pear
skinny Blue Cheese Dressing (recipe below)
