Here is a spring crab salad so healthy and delicious! Great for lunch or a light healthy dinner! ?

5 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon very finely chopped jalapeno
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro, plus cilantro leaves for garnish
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1/2 pound fresh jumbo lump crab meat
2 Avocados, diced (1/2 inch)
1/3 cup red onion, minced
1 large heirloom tomato, cut into four 1/2-inch-thick slices
