Skinny Peanut Butter Honey Banana Muffins: These healthy muffins are the perfect way to jumpstart the day!

2 Large bananas
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Vanilla (or any flavor; regular yogurt works as well)
1 large egg
1/3 cup Rice Milk (or almond milk, soy milk, or cow's milk)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (I used all natural)
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
