2 tbsp tomato paste ( or pizza sauce )
1 cup green bell pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp shredded light Mexican cheese ( omit for paleo )
12 slices pepperoni ( or turkey pepperoni )

water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
