Skinny Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Salad

This pregnancy has been so different than my other ones. I thought for sure I was going to have a boy but I was wrong.... I am having another girl! That will make 3 girls and no boys and I must say that I am SO EXCITED! I know how to do girls! :) I was searching for a new salad (spicy one at that) and saw this skinny buffalo chicken recipe. It tasted SO good and I got most of my veggies in for the day!

In a crock pot, combine chicken, onions, celery stalk, garlic and broth (enough to cover your chicken, use water if the can of broth isn't enough). Cover and cook on high 4 hours. Remove the chicken from pot, save 1/2 cup broth and discard the rest. Shred the chicken with two forks, returen to the slow cooker with the 1/2 cup broth and the hot sauce and set on high for an additional 30 minutes. Makes 3 cups chicken
