Skinny Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Pork

This is a skinnier version of sweet and sour pork. Less calories and still an amazing taste!

15 oz can of tomato sauce

1 medium onion, halved and sliced

1 medium green pepper, cut into strips

2 Tablespoons white vinegar

2 Tablespoons steak sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in pineapple juice, save 1/2 cup of pineapple juice.
