Cubes of roasted turkey breast are mixed with red grapes, celery, onions, and toasted almonds then tossed in a Greek yogurt and Dijon dressing to create this amazing low calorie salad.

1 cup red seedless grapes ( halved )
1/4 cup red onion ( dices )
2 green onions ( thinly sliced )
1 rib celery ( thinly sliced )
1/4 cup fresh parsley ( rough chopped )
2 tablespoons slivered almonds ( toasted )
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
