Slender Jalapeno Ranch Vegetable Dip and Salad Dressing with Greek Yogurt

½ cups plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup low fat mayonnaise, I prefer the olive oil brands
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon celery salt
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill for 15 - 30 minutes before serving.
