Want to get your kids to eat more veges? Here is a great way to hide them.

1 tbls Olive Oil

1 cup diced carrots

1 cup diced celery

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 pound ground turkey

1 small summer squash diced (optional)

2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce

2 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp Red wine vinegar

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp brown sugar

1 tbls BBQ sauce
