In the mood for a sloppy hamburger? Then these homemade sloppy Joes are calling your name! A simple childhood classic made quick and with ease.

4 Hamburger or Brioche Buns
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small yellow onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, seeds removed and diced
1 lb. ground meat
1 tablespoon ground mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
optional 4 slices cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
