2 Medium Onions
2Cm Cube Ginger (peeled and grated)

Medium Sized Beef Brisket
250Ml Red Wine
400g Tinned Tomatoes
200Ml Beef Stock
4 Sticks Celery
6 Medium Carrots
1Tsp Oregano
3Tsp Basil
2Tsp Paprika
1Tsp Chilli
3Tsp Parsley
2Tsp Mixed Herbs
