Slow Cooker 3 Cheese Mac & Cheese

I'll have to admit that I like my mac & cheese one way and I have a hard time deviating from that. However, on a time constraint I made this mac & cheese and I have to say...I will definitely be making it again.

8 oz elbox macaroni
2 tsp olive oil
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup Colby & Pepper jack cheese blend
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp olive oil
1 cup evaporated milk

1 cup Colby & Pepper jack cheese blend
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. butter, melted
Cook macaroni until just al dente. remove from heat and drain. Spray slow cooker (I used my small 1.5 qt) with non stick spray. Combine the macaroni with the remaining ingredients in the slow cooker and blend well. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Enjoy!
