Slow Cooker Beef Chili - quick & easy fall dinner! Beef, beer, liquid smoke, vegetables, & spices cook low & slow for a really flavorful dish!

2 pounds ground beef
1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced (omit if you don’t like spicy, leave seeds in if you do)
4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 (12 oz) bottle beer (I used an IPA)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 and ½ tablespoon Stubb\'s Hickory Liquid Smoke
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 teaspoons ground cumin
1 and ½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 and ½ teaspoon dried basil
1 and ½ teaspoon paprika
1-2 teaspoons salt (I’d start with 1 teaspoon and go from there)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Place beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook, breaking it up as you go, until it\\\'s no longer pink.
