Easy and tasty bone broth with a ton of nutrition that can be served as a soup or as a fantastic base for your slow cooker recipes, soups and stews.

2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
5 large garlic cloves, smashed
3.5 pounds beef bones
2 bay leaves
