1 lb ground turkey, ground beef or ground turkey (browned and drained of grease)
3/4 cup diced green bell pepper
2 cups salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 (14 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, cut into cubes
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or whatever kind you like)
2 cups dry medium shells
3/4 cup diced green bell pepper
