Healthy, satisfying comfort food! This Cioppino recipe (or "Fisherman's Stew") is an easy Crock Pot seafood soup that is full of lean protein, nutritious vegetables, and fresh Italian flavors.

1 red bell pepper
2 onions
3 celery stalks
2 c seafood stock
6 oz tomato paste
1/2 c white wine
1 T minced garlic
2 t Italian seasoning
1 t sugar
1 bay leaf
1 lb. raw shrimp
12 oz salmon
12 oz lump crabmeat
6 oz canned chopped clams
2 T chopped fresh basil
