1/2 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
60 g Red Onion ( Diced )
90 g Orange Pepper ( Diced )
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 Clove Garlic
15 g Feta ( Crumbled )
1 tsp Parsley ( Finely chopped )
  • Mix together the pepper, red onion, tomatoes, garlic and spices.
  • Add to the slow cooker and cook on high for 1.5 – 2 hours or low for 3-4 hours.
