Slow Cooker Mongolian Chicken

This is a tasty dish that is ridiculously easy to prepare. Just toss everything in your slow cooker and dinner is ready when you get home! Goes perfectly with rice and a veggie or a salad.

4 chicken breasts, cut into one inch cubes
¼ cups cornstarch
2 tablespoons oil
3 cloves garlic, pressed
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup water
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup carrots, chopped
