Slow Cooker Pork Lo Mein

Very flavourful dinner option that takes minutes to prep! This is a versatile dish that can use whatever meat, veggies or noodles you have on hand.

1 package pork cubes
1 cup broccoli florets
2 carrots, chopped
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup snow peas
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 pound linguini
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 cloves, garlic, minced
2 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoons sambal oelek
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Whisk soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, sambal oelek, fish sauce, ginger and sesame oil and add to the slow cooker. Add pork, then cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours...
