Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin with Ginger Glaze

This meal was delicious! Crazy easy and so full of flavour. It still felt light and like a summer dinner even though it was a crockpot meal! I served it with rice and coleslaw and TA DA, dinner is served!
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 pounds pork tenderloin
½ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ cup rice vinegar
½ cup cold water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
fresh cilantro, to garnish
