Slow Cooker Pulled Pork II

Let your slow cooker do all the work! Simply add all the ingredients in the morning, cook on low and by dinner time you have a delicious pulled pork ready to pile up on a bun! Just add a salad or coleslaw for a complete dinner.

1 pork shoulder or loin roast (about 4 pounds)
•1 cup barbecue sauce
•1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
•1/2 cup chicken broth
•1/4 cup brown sugar
•1 Tblsp prepared mustard
•1 Tblsp Worcestershire sauce
•1 Tblsp chili powder
•2-3 large cloves garlic, finely minced
•1 large onion, chopped
•1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
