SLOW COOKER SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS

I love my slow cooker, but especially when the weather is chilly and I get to come home and not have to think about dinner. This is the perfect slow cooker comfort food classic to come home to!

FOR THE SAUCE
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
28 oz. can diced tomato
1 28 oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
additional salt to taste
FOR THE MEATBALLS
1 1/2 pound ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup whole wheat panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
FOR SPAGHETTI
1 pound cooked pasta
additional Parmesan cheese for serving
