Smoked Chicken Breast

Delicious tender and juicy smoked chicken breast.

Brine:
2 quarts Water
1/2 cup Table Salt
1/2 cup White Sugar
6 pieces Chicken Breast
Rub:
2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Parsley
2 tablespoons Paprika
Sauce:
1/2 cup Melted Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 pinch Rub Mixture
  1. Heat up smoker to 250°F.
  2. Place chicken breast in the smoker and leave it closed for at least the first 45 minutes. Don't peek!
  3. Start basting after the 45 minute mark. Keep basting...
