Rub:
1/4 cup Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Paprika
3 tablespoons Kosher Salt
2 tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
1 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
1 tablespoons Chili Powder
1/2 cup Apple Juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Combine rub ingredients in a bowl.
Brush ribs with olive oil and coat ribs with spice rub.
Place ribs in the smoker and cook at 225ºF for 3–4 hours or until meat temperature reaches 205ºF....
