This easy to make smoked Wagyu beef chuck roast is a common favorite! The Wagyu beef chuck roast is dry-rubbed with a combination of (brown sugar, black pepper, salt, paprika, chili powder, granulated garlic, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Roast for 6-7 hours before serving. Try this recipe at your next family gathering!
