Smoky Baba Ganoush

2 medium aubergines (eggplant)
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon each cumin powder and smoked paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon tahini sauce
3 tablespoons fresh coriander (cilantro), finely chopped
Olive oil for drizzling and coating the aubergine
