S\\\'mores Cookie Pie is the definition of comfort food! Rich, buttery and packed full of chocolate, marshmallows and crushed digestives!

200g Butter, partially melted
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp Vanill Essence
1 Tbsp Golden Syrup
2 Eggs
2 and 1/4 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 Packet Digestive Biscuits (or graham crackers), lightly crushed
1 and 1/2 Cups Marshmallows
1 Cup Chocolate Buttons
