These "fall off the bone" pork chops are fork tender and incredibly moist. Smothered in a thick rich onion gravy, this sure to please one-skillet dish is amazingly simple to prepare, and makes the perfect dinner for a school-night or on a busy weekend.

4 8-10 ounce bone in pork chop ( 1 per person )
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 medium-sized onion ( diced )
3 cloves of garlic ( minced )
1 can cream of onion or mushroom soup
1 1/2-2 cans chicken or vegetable stock ( use the soup can to measure )
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a large skillet with a well-fitting lid, brown the pork chops over medium high heat in 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Remove the chops from the skillet and drain off any excess oil.
