Quick Breads:
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup milk
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
4 bananas, mashed
4 cups flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2, 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Mix your topping ingredients. Sprinkle generously all over the inside of the pans. Set the remaining topping aside.
