Buttery, soft, and with a classic signature tang, these cinnamon-sugar coated blondies may be the best way to eat Snickerdoodles yet.
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
2 cups granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
2 large eggs
2¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cream of tartar
¼ teaspoon salt
