Muffins:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 large eggs
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. cream of tarter
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 cup sour cream
2 1/4 cup flour
2/3 cup additional sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
