For the Cookies:
1 1/2 cups Butter ( softened )
2 cups Granulated sugar
4 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
5 cups Flour

For the Royal Icing:
2 Egg whites
1 cup Powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cream of tartar
Food coloring ( Red, brown, black, and green )
