Soba Noodle Bowl Meal Prep with Peanut Sauce

This meal prep recipe will definitely leave you satisfied for the week without a doubt. Soba noodles are a much healthier alternative to ramen noodles, and I have served this soba noodle bowl with an amazing 3 ingredient peanut sauce.

Soba Noodle Bowl::
Some Ice
4 eggs at room tempurature
350 g of doba noodles
1 tablespoon of rice bran oil
2 cloves of garlic peeled and sliced
350 g bok choy leaves removed from stem and shredded
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Sesame seeds for garnish
Peanut Sauce: :
1/4 cup of peanut butter unsweetened
3/4 cup of coconut milk
3 teaspoons of soy sauce
A pinch of sugar ( optional )
