To create these fun Spring Soft Jelly Bean Sugar Cookies I started with a cake mix. I know! A CAKE MIX! How easy is that? Who knew by using a cake mix you could re create those soft delicious holiday cookies from the bakery. You know the ones I’m talking about….soft and buttery with a creamy frosting. Yep, I thought you would know. Anyway back to the cookies….so as I was saying I started with a cake mix and a few other ingredients then I added jelly beans to the inside

2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 (14 ounce) bag Brachs Orchard Fruit Jelly Beans
sanding sugar sprinkles
