Sorghum salad with chicken
A sorghum salad with chicken is the perfect salad to break your routine while eating healthy. You have avocado, chicken, green pepper, red pepper, white beans that comes beautifully together with a red wine shallot vinaigrette.
½ cup cooked sorghum
½ cup cooked white beans
½ cup green pepper (chopped)
½ cup red pepper (chopped)
1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
1 cup chicken breast diced (cooked)
1.Place sorghum, white beans, lettuce, green pepper, red pepper and chicken.
2.Drizzle shallot and red wine vinegar dressing and season with salt.
