Soup Maker Butternut Squash & Leek Soup

This creamy soup is made with butternut squash instead of potatoes. We enjoyed it as our starter on Christmas Day for the last three years, so it\\\'s really delicious!
1 Large Butternut Squash (peeled)
4 Medium Leeks (cleaned)
2 Medium Onions (peeled)
250ml Water
1Tsp Garlic Puree
1Tsp Mixed Herbs
1Tsp Chives
Salt & Pepper
3Tbsp Greek Yoghurt

Dice the butternut squash, leeks and onions and place them in your soup maker.
Add water and seasoning then cook for 25 minutes on the cook and blend setting.
