Fabulous vegi soup with just a hint of heat!

1lb ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
2 stalks celery (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 can whole tomatoes (28 oz)
6 cups beef broth
2 red peppers (chopped)
4 carrots (peeled and chopped)
1/3 head cabbage (finely chopped)
4 potatoes (cut into cubes)
8oz tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
