Sourdough Chocolate Cake

Delicious sourdough chocolate cake

2 pieces eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup milk
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup sourdough starter
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Icing :
6 cups confectioners sugar
12 tbsp butter ( softened )
1 tbsp espresso powder
1 tbsp hot water
1/2 cup buttermilk

In a bowl, mix together milk, flour, and sourdough starter. Cover and let it rise for 2 to 3 hours at room temperature.

Set oven to 350F and preheat.
