For Cuban-Style Pork Tenderloin:
2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 6-8 chunks
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
For the pork marinade:
4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
1 orange juice ( juice from 1 orange )
2 lemon juice ( juice from 2 lemons )
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
