1 cup romaine lettuce ( shredded ) 1 cup kale ( de-stemmed ) 1/2 yellow bell pepper ( sliced ) 1/4 cup grape tomatoes 1/4 cup black beans 1/4 homemade caesar dressing ( of my recipe )
In a bowl, toss the romaine and kale lettuce together.
Top with black beans, bell peppers, grape tomatoes, Caesar dressing and black pepper. Serve immediately!
