For the Chicken::
1.5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
1 T olive oil
1 T toasted sesame oil
2 T rice vinegar
2 T orange juice
For the Salad::
3 c cooked brown rice
8 oz pineapple chunks
15 oz mandarin oranges
1 c. halved red grapes
1 c diced celery
1/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c sour cream
1/2 c slivered almonds
1.5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
