For the Cake:
1/2 c salted butter
1.5 c granulated sugar
1/4 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 oz red food coloring
1 t white vinegar
1 t vanilla extract
2.5 c cake flour
1 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 t salt
1 t baking soda
1 c buttermilk
For the Frosting:
1/2 c salted butter
16 oz cream cheese
1 T vanilla extract
2 lbs. confectioners sugar
1/2 c salted butter
1.5 c granulated sugar
1/4 c vegetable oil

2.5 c cake flour
1 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 t salt
1 t baking soda
