This quick Southern shrimp and grits recipe is an easy dinner for busy weeknights or a special brunch for a slow Sunday morning! Best of all, the flavorful down-home comfort food is ready in about 30 minutes. 1 1/2 t salt
1 c quick-cooking grits
2 T butter
6 slices bacon
1 clove garlic
1/2 c sliced green onions
1 T lemon juice
1 lb. shrimp
