Spaghetti for 4 persons:
1/2 cup chicken broth
broccoli
1 red bell pepper
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/5 package cream cheese
2 tablespoon cheese Boursin Cuisine garlic and fine herbs
salt and pepper to taste

STEP 1
boil the pasta as indicated on the packet and 2 minutes before the end of the cooking process, add the broccoli.
STEP 2
during this time, cut the bell pepper into cubes and return in a frying pan on a medium heat.
STEP 3
Drain the pasta and broccoli. Put with the peppers and add the 4 cheeses, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes and serve.
