This Sparkling Watermelon Lemonade was made for summer! The sweet watermelon and tarty lemons make a refreshing drink during the hot days.

about 1 Liter
4 cups hot water
1 cup sugar
4 cups seedless watermelon, chopped
1 dozen lemons, juiced
3 cups seltzer water
optional 1/2-1 cup Vodka
