2 1/2 cup whole grain spelt flour
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
300 ml warm water
1 lemon (juice)
2 1/2 tablespoons flax seeds
5 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
Topping:
1 cup raw sesame seeds
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
300 ml warm water
1 lemon (juice)
2 1/2 tablespoons flax seeds
5 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
Topping:
1 cup raw sesame seeds
- Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C). Line your loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
