750 gram Tomatoes Tamatar ( 7-8 medium size )
50 gram Spinach Palak ( One-second cup chopped or handful )
100 gram Carrots Gajar ( One-second cup chopped or1 medium size )
50 gram Beetroot Chukanda ( one-fourth cup chopped or one- second of small size )
50 gram Onions Pyaaz ( one-fourth cup chopped or one-fourth of medium size )
20 gram Ginger Root Adrak ( 1 inch knob )
3 gram Serrano Pepper Hari Mirch ( 1 piece )
500 cup Water Pani ( 2 cups or16 fl. oz )
