Spiced Zucchini Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting (low fat)

Muffins:
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup vanilla yoghurt ( you could use plain )
75 g ( 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons white sugar )
60 g (1/3 cup) brown sugar
185 g (1½ cups) plain ( all-purpose flour )
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of ( baking soda )
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup courgettes ( around half a medium-sized courgette - squeeze excess liquid out using kitchen paper )
Frosting:
50 g full-fat cream cheese
150-200 g (1½-2 cups) icing sugar
30 g (2 tablespoons) butter ( softened )
1/4 teaspoon mixed spice
