Spicy Black Bean Hummus Without Tahini lightened up by omitting the traditional ingredient without sacrificing taste. Pair with veggies & crackers for a healthy snack or spread on sandwich for extra protein & spice! Gluten Free + Vegan + Low Calorie

15 oz black beans ( rinsed and drained )
1 jalapeno pepper ( diced with seeds removed )
1/4 cup cilantro
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp lime juice
  1. To a food processor or blender, add all ingredients and blend until ingredients are smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy! Keep in the refrigerator in a storage container up to a week.
