Masala Corn is a spicy and flavourful appetiser prepared with sweet corn, lemon juice and few spices. It is one of the best appetiser during cold and rainy days.
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala
1/2 tbsp Coriander ( chopped )
1/2 Lemon juice
1 tbsp Butter ( melted )
Salt ( as required )
Thaw frozen sweetcorn, heat in microwave for 2 minutes or until hot. (Alternatively, boil fresh corn for 5-7 minutes or until soft and drain water)
Transfer corn kernels to a bowl.
